It was formerly known as Tri-White Corporation and changed its name to ClubLink Enterprises Limited in July 2009. The Company operates in two segments - golf club operations and rail, tourism and port operations. The Golf club operation segment is engaged in golf club operations under the ClubLink One Membership More Golf trademark. The Company operates golf clubs with 55.5, 18-hole equivalent championship; and six 18-hole equivalent academy courses, at 45 locations mainly in Canada and United States. The company also operates the Lake Chesdin Golf Club in Richmond, Virginia. IT is also engaged in rail, tourism and port operations based in Skagway, Alaska which operate under the White Pass & Yukon Route trade name. It operates a tourist railway stretching approximately 177 kilometers from Skagway, Alaska to Whitehorse, Yukon; approximately 110 kilometres (67.5 miles) of the railway is in active service. The Company faces strong competition in the Florida golf marketplace from golf clubs that have been reducing their golf fees to maintain market share. The Company and its subsidiaries are subject to regulation by numerous agencies involving the serving of alcohol, operation of a railroad and adherence to environmental constraints.
