Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Ltd was incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands with limited liability under the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands on July 20, 2011. The Company acts as an investment holding company. The Company through its subsidiaries is engaged jewellery business and watch business located in Mainland China, and operations located in Hong Kong, Macau and other Asian markets. The Company offers a series of jewellery collections for customers of its three product segments: mass luxury jewellery, high-end luxury jewellery and youth line products. The Mass luxury jewellery includes wedding collections, diamond products, Rio Tinto fashion jewellery, and Disney collection; High-end luxury includes Reflections of Siem, Nature Chant Collection and Imperial Collection; and Youth line includes Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf Collection and Bao Bao Family Collection, and Hello Kitty Collection.
