Chisen Electric Corp (CIEC)

Chisen Electric Corporation, formerly known as World Trophy Oufitters, Inc., was formed as a Nevada Corporation on January 13, 2005. On February 2, 2009, the name of the Company was changed from 'World Trophy Outfitters, Inc.' to 'Chisen Electric Corporation'. It is an investment holding company. The main activities of its subsidiaries are manufacture and sales of sealed lead-acid battery products and investment holding. The name change more accurately reflects the business and operations of the Company. The Company's motive battery products are sold under its own brand name and are predominantly used in electric bicycles and distributed and sold in China. Electric bicycles are becoming increasingly popular. Among all types of battery for electric bicycles, the lead-acid motive battery is the preferred choice for electric bicycle manufacturers in China because of its cost efficiency. All the lead-acid motive battery products produced by it are re-chargeable and could be recharged approximately 500 times. They are standardized and could be used in electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric cars produced by different manufacturers. It produces and offers eight models of lead-acid motive battery products for sale and is mainly engaged in the production of lead-acid motive battery products for electric bicycles. The Company's main competitors are Tianneng Power International Ltd. and Zhejiang Chaowei Power Co., Ltd.
