Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund (CGIFF)

Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund is a limited purpose trust established on July 11, 2001 under the laws of the Province of Ontario and is governed by an Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust dated May 27, 2004, as amended by the First Supplemental Declaration of Trust dated August 2, 2005 and the Second Supplemental Declaration of Trust dated March 6, 2012 (the Declaration of Trust). The Company operates a diversified business providing industrial chemicals and services to customers in North America and around the world. The Company supplies sulphuric acid, inorganic coagulants for water treatment, liquid sulphur dioxide, sodium nitrite and sodium hydrosulphite in North America. It is the processor of spent acid as well as a leading regional supplier of sulphur, sodium chlorate, phosphorus pentasulphide, and zinc oxide. It provides industrial services such as processing hydrogen sulphide and other by-products and waste streams. The Company operates in four business segments: Sulphur Products & Performance Chemicals containing products like Sulphuric Acid, Regen Acid, Ultra Pure Acid, Liquid Sulphur Dioxide, Sodium Hydrosulphite, Sodium Bisulphite, Sulphur Processing Services (Hydrogen Sulphide; Ammonium Sulphate); Water Solutions & Specialty Chemicals consisting of products like Aluminum Sulphate, Polyaluminum Chloride, Aluminum Chlorohydrate, Ferric Sulphate, Calcium Hydroxide, Liquid Ammonium Sulphate, Aqua Ammonia, Sodium Chlorate, Crude Tall Oil and RSA, Hydrogen, Phosphorus Pentasulphide (P2S5) Sodium Nitrite Potassium Chloride, Vaccine Adjuvants, Sulphides (CS2 and H2S); International segment consisting of Sulphuric Acid, Sulphur Storage and Terminal Services; and Corporate segment consisting of Treasury, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, Legal Risk Management.
