China Growth Development Inc (CGDI)

China Growth Development, Inc., formerly known as Teeka Tan Products, Inc., is a Delaware corporation that was initially engaged in the business of marketing and retailing a line of quality value-priced sun care products in Florida through its wholly owned subsidiary, Teeka Tan, Inc. CGDI was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in April 2002, under the name IHealth, Inc. In December 2005, Ihealth, Inc. changed its name to Teeka Tan Products, Inc. On December 13, 2007, Teeka Tan Products, Inc. changed its name to China Growth Development, Inc. On May 7, 2008, the reverse acquisition between CGDI and Taiyuan Rongan Business Trading Company, Limited (TRBT), a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China was effected. TRBT was incorporated in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, China in December 2005 under the laws of the PRC. The Company, through TRBT, is engaged in the business of building and operation of commercial real estates in China. The Company leases shopping malls to commercial tenants for retail, wholesale, and distribution of clothes, shoes, cosmetics, and beddings. It manages and operates six shopping malls located in the Chaoyang Street area: Yudu Minpin Shopping Mall, Jingpin Clothin City, Longma Shopping Mall, XinDongCheng Clothing Distribution Mal, Taiyuan Clothing City, and Longma Shopping Mall West Wing.
