Bill The Butcher, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on August 23, 2006, under the name Reshoot & Edit, Inc. The Company is a purveyor of open pastured USDA Organic and USDA/WSDA Natural grass fed beef, pork, chicken, and lamb that has not been raised with steroids, antibiotics or hormones, and has not been fed genetically modified corn. The Company is engaged in retailing organic and natural grass-fed meat, including pasture raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and turkey. It operates six stores located in Woodinville, Redmond, Edmonds, and the Laurelhurst, Magnolia and Wallingford neighborhoods in greater Seattle, Washington. Additionally, it has two stores in ready to open condition in the Wallingford neighborhood in Seattle and in and Edmonds, Washington. The Company sells locally and regionally sourced, sustainably -raised natural meat, free range poultry, pork and lamb through a collection of regionally clustered butcher shops that provide carved-to-order meats. It also sells specialty items such as marinades, rubs, sauces, charcuterie, dairy products, and a variety of salts, spices and condiments. The Company's operations are subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations by authorities that oversee food safety standards and processing, packaging, storage, distribution, advertising, labeling and export of its products.
