Avala Resources Ltd. was incorporated on July 15, 2008. It is a Canadian-based gold & copper exploration company. The Company is actively exploring a major, north-trending sediment-hosted gold mineralized belt - the Timok Gold Project - located on the western margin of the TMC. The Timok Gold Project comprises several targets, including Bigar Hill, Korkan and Kraku Pestar. To date, Avala has defined gold over a strike length in excess of 30 kilometers. The company changed its name from Rodeo Capital Corp. to Avala Resources Ltd. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had title to nine exploration licenses and one concession for exploration and exploitation, which total approximately 1,150 square kilometers in area, located within the Cretaceous Timok Magmatic Complex in eastern Serbia. Its projects include Sediment-Hosted Gold Project, the Timok Diorite Gold-Copper Porphyry Project and Lisa Project. The company is also exploring the Timok Diorite Gold-Copper Porphyry cluster, which is located within the Coka Kuruga concession.
