The company process the high quality used tires, removes the old tread and sidewall markings and then applies new rubber to the tread and sidewall. The used casing along with the new rubber is vulcanized under high pressure and heat to produce a new tire. Carbonization is a technology that heats tires in an oxygen free environment and turns spent tire casings into diesel fuel, carbon black, steel, and syn-gas. The company as acquired rights of Kouei International, Inc to use Tyrolysis technology owned by Kouei Industries Co., Ltd. of Japan.
