BLVD Holdings Inc was incorporated in the State of Nevada on June 11, 2012. The Company is a development stage corporation that produces and develops television and film scripts for sale to television and movie studios and other entities. Currently, it has three films scripts in different stages of development. As of 31 December 2012, the Company does not have any agreements with, or sales to, any film studios or independent producers. It earns revenues from the sale of such scripts. Virtually it competes with any film development company that is engaged in the development and production of scripts.
