Daniel White is Vice President at Blue Line Capital and Blue Creek Capital, a Chicago-based, top-down discretionary CTA, where he applies a fundamentally driven approach to commodities and equities across metals, energy, equity indices, currencies, rates, and agriculture. Daniel began his career in middle market credit before moving to the trading floor, where he traded a relative-value volatility strategy alongside a group of CBOT locals. He went on to serve four years as Managing Director at Myst Capital, a startup alternative asset manager specializing in fundamentally driven commodity trading, and long-term equity investing in the materials, industrials and energy sectors. Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Kentucky and is based out of Blue Line's headquarters within the Chicago Board of Trade.
