Nuclear Energy ETFs Profiles

The VanEck Vectors Uranium Nuclear Energy ETF seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS Global Uranium and Nuclear Energy Index (MVNLRTR), which is intended to track the overall performance of companies involved in: (i) uranium mining or uranium mining projects that have the potential, in MV Index Solutions GmbHs (the Index Provider) view, when such projects are developed are expected to generate at least 50% of their revenues from unconventional oil and gas (as defined above) or have properties with the potential to generate at least 50% of their revenues from unconventional oil and gas, and (ii) all stocks must have a market capitalization of greater than $150 million as of the end of the month prior to the month in which a rebalancing date occurs. Expenses for NLR are capped contractually at 0.60% until at least May 1, 2018. Cap excludes certain expenses, such as interest.
