Clean Energy ETFs Profiles

The ALPS Clean Energy ETF seeks to track the performance of an index comprised of U.S. and Canadian based companies that primarily operate in the Clean Energy sector. Constituents are companies focused on renewables and other clean technologies which enable the evolution of a more sustainable energy sector.

The SPDR S&P Kensho Clean Power ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Kensho Clean Power Index.

The Invesco MSCI Sustainable Future ETF is based on the MSCI Global Environment Select Index.

The First Trust Global Wind Energy ETF is an exchange-traded fund. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Funds fees and expenses, of an equity index called the ISE Global Wind Energy Index. The gross expense ratio for this fund is 0.74%. Expenses are capped contractually at 0.60% per year, at least until January 31, 2018.

The First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index Fund is an exchange-traded fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ OMX Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index. The gross expense ratio for this fund is 1.07%. Expenses are capped contractually at 0.70% per year, at least until January 31, 2018.

The iShares Global Clean Energy ETF (ICLN) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the clean energy sector. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the SP Global Clean Energy Index.

The Invesco Global Clean Energy ETF is based on the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index and American Depository Receipts (ADRs) based on the securities in the Index. The Index seeks to deliver capital appreciation and is composed of companies that focus on greener and generally renewable sources of energy and technologies facilitating cleaner energy. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

The Invesco WilderHill Clean Energy ETF is based on the WilderHill Clean Energy Index. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of stocks of companies that are publicly traded in the United States and engaged in the business of advancement of cleaner energy and conservation. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

The First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Green Energy Index Fund is an exchange-traded index fund. The objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ Clean Edge Green Energy Index. The gross expense ratio for this fund is 0.68%. Expenses are capped contractually at 0.60% per year, at least until April 30, 2018.

The VanEck Vectors Global Alternative Energy ETF seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Ardour Global Index Extra Liquid, which is intended to track the overall performance of companies involved in the business of alternative energy. Alternative energy includes power derived principally from bio-fuels (such as ethanol), bio mass, wind, solar, hydro and geothermal sources, and also includes various technologies that support the production, use and storage of these sources. Expenses for GEX are capped contractually at 0.62% until at least May 1, 2018. Cap excludes certain expenses, such as interest.

The Invesco Solar ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund?s fees and expenses, of the MAC Global Solar Energy Index. TAN generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index.
