TORONTO, June 27, 2025 /CNW/ - Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 2) Core Plus Fund (TSXV:SCPT-A.VN) (TSXV:SCPT-U.VN) (the "Fund") announced today that it has completed the sale of a 400-suite Class "A" institutional quality multi-family property built in 2018 and located in the Parker submarket of Denver, Colorado (the "Property") for cash proceeds of US$133.0 million.
