TORONTO , June 19, 2025 /CNW/ - The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) announces that Ms. Shabina Ahmad has been given a 30-month suspended sentence, and probation for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, contrary to s. 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code. Ms. Ahmad is also banned from trading or acting to further a trade, advising on the purchase or sale of a security, or otherwise acquiring a security.
