("Auka") (TSXV:AUK-P.VN) a capital pool company ("CPC") as defined under Policy 2.4 – Capital Pool Companies ("Policy 2.4") of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), is pleased to announce that the Exchange has conditionally approved Auka's previously announced business combination (the "Transaction") with Dr. Phone Fix Canada Limited ("DPF"), constituting Auka's proposed "Qualifying Transaction", in accordance with Policy 2.4, pursuant to the terms of an Amended and Restated Business Combination Agreement between Auka and DPF, dated November 7, 2024.
