WASHINGTON, Oct. 22, 2024 /CNW/ -- A federal jury delivered a verdict in favor of Christopher Chandler after finding that Donald Berlin and his company Investigative Consultants Inc. published false statements about him in a defamatory dossier. The $8,000,001 award is the second-largest defamation verdict ever returned in Washington, D.C.
