TORONTO, Aug. 14, 2024 /CNW/ - Chesswood Group Limited ("Chesswood" or the "Company") (TSX:CHW.TO) announces that its principal regulator, the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC"), has advised it will not be granting a management cease trade as previously applied for by the Company under National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders.
