TORONTO, Aug. 12, 2024 /CNW/ - Russel Metals Inc. (TSX:RUS.TO) announces that it has closed the acquisition of seven service centers located in Western Canada and the Northeast U.S. from Samuel, Son & Co., Limited ("Samuel").
