(TSX:PIPE.TO) ("Pipestone") are pleased to announce that they have entered into a definitive agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement"), pursuant to which Strathcona will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Pipestone for 100% share consideration (the "Transaction").
