Today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of WMG Technologies from the Bierer family for US$165 million with potential earn-out payments that may become payable upon the achievement of specified profitability targets over the next 24 months. ABC Technologies Holdings shares T.ABCT are trading unchanged at $5.81.
