VANCOUVER, BC, June 18, 2023 /CNW/ - FE Battery Metals Corp. (CNSX:FE.CN) (OTC-BB:FEMFF) (WKN:A2JC89) ("FE Battery Metals" or the "Company) is pleased to announce it has closed its second and final tranche of a previously announced non-brokered private placement as outlined in in news release dated May 26, 2023. The final tranche of the above noted financing resulted in gross proceeds of $ 520,000 by way of issuing 800,000 FT shares at a price of $0.65 cents per share. Pursuant to the close of the final tranche the Company has raised a total of $ 1,220,000.
