Viewing News
The News panel is designed to display the headlines, with the option to show a "Preview" window of the story and click-through to open the full story.
Add the News Panel
- Click the + button, found on the bottom right of the application. From the News & Weather grouping in the panel chooser, click News.
- A preview window appears. If desired, change the feed(s), enter a keyword, etc.
- Click Add to Workspace.
- Click the position on your workspace where you want to drop the panel.
Preview a Story
- Click the Toggle Preview button, found on the top of the panel, to show or hide the story preview window.
- The preview window will appear at the bottom of the panel. If desired, you may change the size of the preview window by dragging the separator bar between the story preview and the headlines.
Display Full Story
- Double-click on any headline to open the full story.
- To close the story window, click OK at the bottom of the window.
