Indivior Shareholders Approve Resolutions to Proceed with Additional U.S. Listing

RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Indivior PLC (LON:INDV.LN) today announced that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today, shareholders approved the resolution to proceed with an Additional Listing on a major U.S. stock exchange. Additionally, shareholders approved implementation of a 5:1 share consolidation on October 10, 2022 to enable minimum share price thresholds required by the major U.S. stock exchanges.
