To display forex data, click on the Quote icon in the Barchart for Excel ribbon and the Insert Quotes dialogue will display as shown below.

Search for the currency, crypto or FX forward rate using the symbol search box or through the symbol tree. Once you have selected all of the desired instruments click insert and the corresponding data will display in the spreadsheet.

For further analysis, select multiple currencies from the Insert Quotes dialogue and opt to include any number of fields ranging from historical highs and lows technical analysis.
