Description	The PowerShares Dynamic Energy Exploration & Production Portfolio ("the Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dynamic Energy Exploration & Production Intellidex Index (the "Underlying Intellidex"). The Underlying Intellidex is comprised of stocks of 30 U.S. companies involved in the exploration and production of natural resources used to produce energy. These are companies that are principally engaged in exploration, extraction and production of crude oil and natural gas from land-based or offshore wells. These companies include petroleum refineries which process the crude oil into finished products, such as gasoline and automotive lubricants and companies involved in gathering and processing of natural gas, and manufacturing natural gas liquid. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of companies engaged in energy exploration and production. In pursuit of its investment objective, the Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Underlying Intellidex.
