You are not subscribing on behalf of a company, are not employed as a financial advisor, by a financial services or trading company. You are not registered with any securities agency or regulatory body. You are using this service for your own personal use and not in connection with any business activities. You are not engaged in aggregating and redistributing data or information. In order to be considered a non-professional you need to use your actual address and not a PO Box.

With your Free Partial Month Trial billing starts on the 1st business day of the month. Your free trial provides access to delayed and historical data for most exchanges, for any exchanges you select as real-time, you can either choose to billed in full for the current month, or wait until the first of the next month; they are not pro-rated. Trials are limited to once per 12-month period.

For exchanges you do not select, you will have access to delayed data.
