Corn futures are holding onto the Friday gains but the weakest of the grains, with contracts fractionally to 4 cents higher. The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price is back up 1 1/4 cents at $4.83 1/2.
Strength in the wheat, up 19 to 27 cents and beans rallying double digits, are providing some spillover support.
Export Sales data shows corn commitments for 2025/26 at 87.758 MMT, which is 102% of the USDA export projection and in line with last year’s sale pace, The marketing year ends on Monday. Accumulated sales new crop for 2026/27 were are at 12.458 MMT, which is down 33.6% from the same week a year ago, but still the 4th largest for the current week going back 30 years.

Nearby Cash is at $4.83 1/2, up 1 1/4 cents,
Dec 26 Corn is at $5.36, up 2 1/2 cents,
Mar 27 Corn is at $5.50 1/2, up 3 1/4 cents,
