Azio AI Holdings (AZIO) stock ripped higher on Thursday after the technology infrastructure firm disclosed a major expansion of its Nvidia (NVDA) graphics processing unit (GPU) pipeline.
In a press release on Aug. 28, the company said its agreement with Power Champion Investment now covers up to 512 HGX B300 systems.
Despite the post-announcement rally however, Azio AI shares remain down about 70% versus their year-to-date high set in late January.

What Drove Azio AI Stock Higher on Thursday?
Investors cheered AZIO stock primarily because of an expanded agreement with Power Champion Investment for up to 384 additional HGX B300 systems.
At an estimated midpoint price of $600,000 per system, this translates to a potential sales pipeline of another $230 million.
The announcement follows Nvidia’s blockbuster Q2 earnings, featuring a record $96.2 billion sales on the back of an over 100% year-on-year increase in data-center revenue.
NVDA management also guided for $108 billion in revenue for the current quarter, which for Azio reinforces the bullish case centered on continued demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure.
Should You Chase the Momentum in AZIO Shares?
Investors are still recommended caution in chasing the momentum in Azio AI Holdings.
Why? Because at its core, it’s a penny stock, a category of equities notorious for excessive volatility, unusually low liquidity, and pump and dump behavior that tends to punish the latecomers.
AZIO’s net loss stood at about $39 million in 2025, with a “negative” free cash flow of $5.7 million and just $359,000 in cash against roughly $13 million of debt.
And the $307 million expanded Power Champion deal is a sales pipeline – not contracted revenue or backlog. Azio AI says no purchase orders have been issued under the agreement.
Azio AI Holdings Doesn’t Receive Wall Street Coverage
Another major red flag on Azio AI shares is the complete absence of Wall Street coverage, meaning zero institutional due diligence or professional modeling.
This leaves the stock price extremely vulnerable to unverified hype and sentiment shifts.
