With a market capitalization of $38.7 billion, the company provides solutions for clinical trials, customer management, regulatory compliance, data, quality, and commercial operations.
Shares of this leading life sciences software company have significantly underperformed the broader market over the past year. Analysts expect VEEV’s diluted EPS to increase 13.5% year-over-year to $6.65 for the fiscal year ending in January 2027. VEEV has surpassed consensus EPS estimates in three of the past four quarters, while missing expectations in one quarter.
Based on the 27 analysts covering VEEV stock, the consensus rating is a “Moderate Buy.” The rating is based on 15 “Strong Buys,” three “Moderate Buys,” eight “Holds,” and one “Strong Sell.”

On August 17, Oppenheimer analyst Ken Wong maintained an Outperform rating on Veeva Systems and raised the price target from $225 to $300. Wong cited improving software sentiment and resilience in vertical SaaS despite budget pressures and lengthening sales cycles.
Based on analysts’ estimates, the mean price target of $247.16 implies a 1.8% premium to VEEV’s current share price, while the Street-high price target of $340 suggests a 40.1% upside.
