DALLAS (AP) — DALLAS (AP) — Forward Air Corp. (FWRD) on Wednesday reported a loss of $207.3 million in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Dallas-based company said it had a loss of $6.38. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs and to account for discontinued operations, were $1.27 per share.

The contractor for the air cargo industry posted revenue of $673 million in the period.
