To name a few, Guggenheim Securities increased its target to $378, citing the deal's strategic alignment with resource adequacy and long-term contracting synergies, while Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (JEF) raised its target to $274, calling the transaction "value accretive" with positive implications for data center energy contracts.
