VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 22, 2023 /CNW/ - NameSilo Technologies Corp. (CNSX:URL.CN) (PINKSHEETS:URLOF) (the "Company") announces its intention to initiate a normal course issuer bid ("NCIB") through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange. Under the NCIB, the Company intends to acquire up to 4,500,000 common shares (the "Shares") in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 4.91% of its issued and outstanding common shares. The NCIB will commence on September 26, 2023 and end no later than September 26, 2024.
