The Company along with its subsidiaries is engaged in exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Peru. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of silver and copper properties in proven Latin American locations. Its properties include Lac Guéret West Graphite Property and Carolay Property. Lac Guéret West consists of 187 contiguous claims totalling 10,800 hectares bordering the Lac Guéret Graphite Deposit. The Carolay property holds the Flagship Carolay Silver Polymetallic Property is located 550 km NNW of Lima in the Department of La Libertad, near the village of Ushnobal close to roads, water and the national electrical grid. It contains three mineralized zones, the Carolay Vein, Humberto and Marañon.
