If you try to print a page and nothing comes out.

This is most likely because the page is inside a frame. If you click on the page with the information you want to print (preferably in a text area on the page), then click on print. You should find that the page you want to print will now print.

Printed/Screen Page too Large or Small

You can increase and decrease the page size you wish to print by modifying the fonts inside your Internet Browser. For Internet Explorer simply click on the font icon on the top of the browser; for Netscape go to the "options" or "preferences" top menu tool bar selection and the font selection will be in the general preferences or appearance selection.

Printing Problems

If you are having printing problems with our site please include the following information with the problem when you Email Barchart.

• Has the page ever printed correctly?
• Can you print any other pages on the Internet?
• Which Internet Browser and Version are you using?
• What is the URL (http://...etc..) of the page you are trying to print?

Our pages on the Java site are designed for screens sized 800 by 600 and above. The non-Java site will work on any sized screen.

To increase the screen size of your Browser on a Microsoft Windows or NT computer follow the instructions below.

1. Click on the "start" icon on the bottom left of your screen.
2. Select the "settings" open and goto "control panel".
3. Then click on the display icon.
4. Click on the "settings" option on the top left of the pop up window.
5. You can now (if you monitor can) change your screen size. Most people have "800 by 600".

To increase the screen size of your Browser on a MAC.

1. Click on "control panels" in the Apple Menu.
2. Go to the "monitors" control panel.
3. You can now (if you monitor can) change your screen size. Most people have "800 by 600".
