If you are viewing a page and the information is out of date, the most likely problem is the disk cache within your Internet Browser. Your disk cache is designed to save you time on the Internet; the default setting is once per session. This means that each time you log on to the Internet your browser will load the current page, but if you ever go back to this page in the same Internet session, your browser will load the original page regardless if this page is the most recent or not. Your disk cache can also fill up, this means that you will never load the most recent page and you will only load the latest version of the page you have in your disk cache.

The solution is to empty or clear out your disk and memory cache so you can view the most recent version of the pages. To clear out your disk cache, follow the instructions below for the type of browser you are using.
