About Refreshing Quotes (Mobile Login)

I want to get prices delivered to my PDA or cell phone. How do I do this?

It's simple! You can access your data on any text device with internet access, such as your PDA or cell phone, using our Refreshing Quotes feature ... part of your Barchart Real-time subscription.

All custom quoteboards you've created in your real-time application are available in the Mobile application.

You can then configure one or more quoteboards with the symbols you want to watch. Prices are automatically updated every 5 seconds. You may also click on a symbol in a quoteboard to display the chart.

How do I use Refreshing Quotes?

First, log into Refreshing Quotes using the Mobile Login link at the top of this page, or at http://realtime.barchart.com/mri/refresh. Enter the username and password you normally use to access your Barchart Real-time subscription.

When you first login, you'll see this screen:

1. Select the quoteboard you want to view from the drop-down list at the top, then click View Quotes.



2. To view a chart, click on the contract link in the quoteboard. The chart will then open:

How do I modify symbols on a quoteboard?

1. To modify symbols on a quoteboard, click Setup.



2. Enter the symbols you want displayed.

3. Click Set Symbols.

4. To view the revised quoteboard, click View Quotes.

How do I create a new quoteboard?

1. To create a new quoteboard, click Setup.

2. First, create a new name for the quoteboard by typing in a name, then click Create new screen.

3. Next, enter the symbols you wish to track using the boxes shown, then click Set Symbols when done.

4. To view the new quoteboard, click View Quotes.
