Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of publicly traded equity securities of companies in the Energy Select Sector Index. The fund will normally invest at least 95% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the relevant Select Sector Index. The Funds have adopted a policy that requires each fund to provide shareholders with at least 60 days notice prior to any significant material change in a fund's policy or its underlying index. It is nondiversified.
