Description	The PowerShares Insured New York Municipal Bond Portfolio ("the Fund") seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of the securities index called The BofA Merrill Lynch New York Insured Long-Term Core Plus Municipal Securities Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is designed to track the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment grade, tax-exempt debt publicly issued by New York or Puerto Rico, or their political subdivisions, in the U.S. domestic market and includes approximately 194 bonds. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in insured municipal securities that are exempt from federal income tax, New York State income tax and New York City income tax.
