Description The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI All Country Asia ex Japan Index. As of September 30, 2009, the Underlying Index is a free-float adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure equity market performance of the following 10 developed and emerging market countries: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
