Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.
United Airlines Holdings, Inc. ("UAL"), the holding company whose subsidiary is United Airlines, Inc. ("United," and together with UAL, the "Company"), is providing an update regarding its financial outlook for third quarter 2023. Since mid-July 2023, jet fuel prices have climbed over 20%. As a result, the Company’s third quarter 2023 all-in fuel price1 is now expected to be between $2.95 to $3.05 per gallon. The Company continues to expect third quarter 2023 capacity, operating revenue and CASM-ex2 to be consistent with guidance3 provided on July 19, 2023.
