Radio One, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROIAK and ROIA) today reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Giving effect to the consolidation of TV One, net revenue was approximately $103.0 million, an increase of 58.5% from the same period in 2011 with TV One contributing approximately $32.2 million of incremental net revenue. Also giving effect to the consolidation of TV One, station operating income(1) was approximately $33.1 million, an increase of 86.0% from the same period in 2011. The Company reported operating income of approximately $13.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2012 compared to operating income of $5.6 million for the same period in 2011.
