When charting any of the studies, the argument coloring is red, green then blue. For example, on a Moving Average chart [9, 18, 40], the 9 day would be the red line, 18 day would be the green line and the 40 day would be the blue line. The argument order is displayed on the chart next to the study name. Welles Wilder VolatilityWelles Wilder Volatility is a trend-following system. It is also a true reversal system, where the position is reversed at every stop. This indicator is intended to measure true range over time. The interpretation is if volatility is high, the range is expanding and the opposite holds. If the dots are above the chart, they will be colored red, and this suggests that the security is in a bearish trend.
