    Classic Charts and Technical Charts each have their own set of studies.

    Classic Chart Indicators and Studies

    When you switch between Classic, Technical, or Interactive Charts, any studies already on the chart are removed, as the indicators do not transfer.

    When charting any of the studies, the argument coloring is red, green then blue. For example, on a Moving Average chart [9, 18, 40], the 9 day would be the red line, 18 day would be the green line and the 40 day would be the blue line. The argument order is displayed on the chart next to the study name.

    Barchart Style Charts

    A "barchart" refers to the prices on a chart. There are a number of variations of the "barchart style" chart available on the web site.

    • Barchart OHLC - plots a dash for the open and closing price for the day, extending a line for the high and the low.
