Barchart.com, Inc. Completes Acquisition of InsideFutures.com from Traders Media, LLC

CHICAGO, IL – July 19, 2007 – Barchart.com, Inc., a leading provider of futures and equity market information, today announced the completed acquisition of InsideFutures.com and its affiliated email newsletter publications from Traders Media, LLC for an undisclosed amount.

InsideFutures.com is a content-rich futures portal, serving traders of all skill levels. The site delivers market commentary and analysis written by a number of trusted industry experts. It also includes industry education, trading resources, links, courses and free tools for the trading community. Barchart currently provides the market data for quotes and charts on the site.
